Helping Families Thrive with Neurodiversity

At Wisely Guided Consulting (WGC), we believe that every family deserves the tools, knowledge, and support to navigate the unique challenges and joys of raising neurodivergent children. Whether you are a parent, caregiver, educator, or advocate, our mission is to empower you with expert guidance, practical strategies, and a compassionate community.

Using our exclusive THRIVE Method, we help families build skills for success, improve communication, and foster resilience—so both you and your child can thrive.

Meet Dr. Alison Allen

Founder of Wisely Guided Consulting

Dr. Alison Allen is a passionate advocate, educator, and consultant dedicated to helping families navigate neurodiversity with confidence and clarity. With years of experience in behavioral support, family coaching, and neurodivergent education, she has guided countless parents toward practical solutions and lasting change.

Dr. Allen’s expertise in behavioral science, counseling strategies, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) led her to develop the THRIVE Method, a unique approach designed to help families reduce stress, build strong relationships, and create structured environments where neurodivergent children can flourish.

As a professional and a parent, Dr. Allen understands the emotional, mental, and logistical challenges families face daily. Her goal is to provide compassionate, actionable support that empowers parents and caregivers to become strong advocates for their children.

When she’s not working with families, Dr. Allen is actively engaged in community outreach, speaking engagements, and developing new resources to further WGC’s mission.

“I want parents to know that they are not alone in this journey. With the right strategies and support, every family can create a thriving environment for their neurodivergent loved ones.” – Dr. Alison Allen
